I am rating the download onto my kindle. The print is too small to read and when you attempt to enlarge the print, the kindle locks up. Not usable at all for classes. Very frustrated with trying to return this to . I have never had a problem with items in the past, but downloading this textbook has been frustrating. Also, the textbook is not available in Windows8, just in case that would be more readable. I am going to have to purchase the paper copy after paying $80 for rental for one semester. If anyone can help me with how to contact to get a refund, I would appreciate it!

Perfect for the price! No previous highlighting on this book. Class asked for the edition after this one but this one was the Same as the new one except for the page numbers
This is a very good, informative, book for the beginning psychologist. Made concepts very easy to understand and a breeze to read. I did have to buy this for a class, but I actually enjoyed reading it.
This was exactly the textbook I needed for my Psychology class. I wasn't about to pay an arm and a leg for it, so I was very pleased when I found it at a reasonable price online. Great deal for great education! Thanks!
The price on was much better than buying new in store. It is slightly cheaper to rent the kindle version, but I prefer having hardcopy that I could potentially keep forever or resell. As for the content... I'm learning, but it could definitely explain things in greater depth in certain places. I've done a lot of independent supplememental reading to get a better understanding of some topics, and despite the many new terms and concepts, have discovered this text barely scratches the surface and is very nontechnical.
